Binki Kaiser is a consistent, top-producing real estate professional with over 35 years of experience building relationships with both buyers and sellers. Early in her Real Estate career, Binki worked on-site in new home construction/sales for a small builder. Both Binki and the builder quickly grew and she moved into marketing and then became an award-winning Sales Manager for a staff of over 100. When she left the company in 2005 as Vice President of sales, that small builder had become one of the nation’s top 100 large production builders.  She has also consulted, mentored, coached, and trained builders, on-site agents, and other real estate professionals.

When Binki isn’t working you may spot her with her Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Millie, who is often seen sleeping in the office on her desk.
