Renea Hutchings

After a long career working in Management with CKE Restaurants, Inc., (CKE) operator of Carl’s Jr and Hardees. Restaurants, and then as a CKE Franchisee, Renea Hutchings is excited about starting a new career as a Real Estate Broker. She looks forward to working with buyers and sellers as they pursue their real estate dreams and objectives.

She is a graduate of Cal Poly University San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Food Science and a MBA.

After College, Renea began her long career with CKE Restaurants, Inc. She held several positions starting out as a Restaurant Manager and then advancing through the following positions: Regional Trainer, Franchise Business Consultant, Director of Franchise Operations, VP of Franchising, and Executive VP of Construction and Development. She worked with CKE company operators, franchisees, and licensees to achieve growth objectives and to pursue their dreams of being a Franchisee or Licensee of CKE Restaurants, Inc.

Following her successful career with CKE, Renea had the opportunity to become a Carl’s Jr. Restaurants franchise business owner. She purchased the two Carl’s Jr. restaurants in Bend, OR and then subsequently built a third Carl’s Jr. in Redmond, OR. She owned and operated these restaurants for 12 years. She sold this business in December of 2019 resulting in a great ROI.

Renea is currently involved with managing her commercial real estate property located in Bend, OR and is the managing partner of Hutch Mont, LLC which specializes in flipping residential properties.

Renea has always most enjoyed working with her employees and her interactions with her restaurant guests. She understands how important it is to lead by example in motivating employees and in creating a positive rapport with her restaurant guests. She has always believed that a great work ethic, positive attitude, attention to detail and a focus on solutions will lead to success.
