A licensed real estate broker since 2005 and co-founder of Indigo Architecture + Interiors, Belinda offers her clients a deep familiarity of home building and interior design, which balances well with an investment-driven strategy. It is these experiences that allow Belinda to not only envision how a space will function to serve its inhabitants but also how it may complement an investor’s portfolio. A dealmaker at heart, Belinda thrives on the creative energy of negotiation, working to meet the needs of all involved parties. When not in the office, Belinda enjoys spending time with her high school sweetheart Jeb, an architect and co-founder of Indigo. Together they design, develop and sell real estate, a vocation and hobby that intertwine seamlessly. Belinda enjoys spending time with her daughter, cooking and entertaining, travel, and hunting for found objects for her home. She is passionately devoted to her family, friends, community and her craft.
