Originally from Illinois, I moved to Naples, Florida in 1995 where I had vacationed with my family since 1978. My long-term relationship with Naples and the market enables me to provide invaluable perspective, history and insight on individual properties, markets and trends; important information that helps my clients in their decisions.



I have lived West of 41 since 1998 and have had the opportunity to list and sell some of Naples' most exquisite properties from Port Royal up to Bay Colony, as well as Grey Oaks and Estuary at Grey Oaks. This specialization gives me a thorough understanding of the tempo of these markets and relative values. During my career, I also formed an interior design business and worked on new construction and renovation projects in Old Naples and surrounds. My past experience in design and construction has been extremely beneficial to my clients. It enables me to offer creative advice for buyers and sellers and develop unique marketing strategies.
