Matthew Crider

Matt is a Broker Associate in our Greenville office. A Greenville native and resident of the Five Forks community, Matt earned a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and returned to Greenville to pursue a career in real estate appraising with his family’s company. That business has grown into a well-established, nationally respected appraisal firm covering the eastern seaboard specializing in various types of residential and commercial properties. Over the years, Matt obtained prestigious designations from the Appraisal Institute and served as the Government Relations Chair for the South Carolina chapter.

Matt’s love for real estate and desire to assist clients looking to buy or sell their home inspired him to expand his collection of “hats” and go into real estate. Matt’s understanding of real estate principles and economics coupled with his experience in representing buyers and sellers provide an invaluable component to making a client’s real estate transaction a success.


Matt earned President’s Circle Award honors in 2023 for doing more than $5 million in sales.
