Thomas is also the President and Chief Operating Officer of Majestic Realty Collective. This prominent group of Sotheby's International Realty brokerages represents one of the largest affiliates in the world by dollar volume and currently spans the Western United States while continuing to grow its footprint. In 2023, the combined companies accomplished an impressive feat, selling $13 billion in real estate in major metropolitan and resort markets such as Salt Lake City, Denver, Las Vegas, Lake Tahoe, Boise, Sun Valley, Palm Springs, Vail, Telluride, St. George and Moab. A civically-minded individual, Thomas is proud to have served in a number of different capacities with several key organizations: Utah State Board of Regents; Utah Tech University Board of Trustees; United Way of Utah; Co-chair of the Utah Debate Commission; World Trade Center of Utah; Chairman of the Utah Republican Party; Ducks Unlimited; and Vice Chair of the Republican National Committee. He currently sits on the Board of Trustees of the Utah Symphony & Utah Opera and has become a vocal advocate for solving the affordable housing crisis in Utah and fights to preserve The Great Salt Lake as a member of the Great Salt Lake Watershed Enhancement Trust. With all his commitments, Thomas considers the most important to be his family. He currently resides in Salt Lake City with his wife, Caroline, and their four children. Thomas finds immense joy in supporting his children as they celebrate milestones like graduating college, traveling to new places, and engaging in valuable internships. When time allows, Thomas also enjoys golfing, hunting, fishing and volunteering in his local community.
