Sean Preston

Sean is a REALTOR® Licensed in Massachusetts working with Sellers, experienced and First Time Home Buyers, Investors, Commercial and Residential Leasing customers in the Greater Boston area. Through the extensive resources of Gibson Sotheby's International Realty's Newton, Brookline, and Jamaica Plain offices, Sean services residential and investment clients inside the I95/Rt. 128 beltway. His particular areas of expertise are Brookline, Back Bay, South End, Allston/Brighton, Kenmore, Jamaica Plain, Newton, Cambridge and the Longwood Medical Area.
Sean's years of corporate management, marketing, strategic planning, corporate training, and contract negotiations have proven helpful in successfully negotiating leases, sales and purchases for his clients. No relationship is too large or small when it comes to helping his clients with their real estate needs. Sean's business is built on the success of his relationships that are the result of satisfied customer interactions. As an active member in the community, Sean enjoys everything from skiing and volleyball with Boston Ski & Sports Club, biking, kayaking and Dragon Boat Racing with AACA, to community fundraising and volunteering activities with his family for organizations including the Red Cross, Hebrew Senior Life, JCC of Greater Boston, PTO, Brookline Food Bank and Community Servings.
