Mike McGurl

Mike McGurl, a native New Englander has been providing successful real estate experiences since 2008. Mike has been a Park City resident for more than 25 years, and assists his clients with the sale and purchase of residential and investment properties in and around Park City.

Before joining Summit Sotheby’s International Realty, Mike served as Vice President of Sales and Business Development for a fast-growing, publicly traded software company while simultaneously focusing on his lifelong interest in real estate investment opportunities before making it his full time career.

Being an avid skier and former ski racing coach, Mike came to Park City for the recreational opportunities the area afforded which allowed him to spend time with enthusiastic, like-minded people with the same passion for the area’s superior ski resorts. During the summers Park City also boasts a devoted cycling culture which has led Mike to a leadership role as President and Board member of Stay Park City Cycling - a multi-discipline cycling club with over 500 members.

Mike sets himself apart by using both his deep knowledge of Park City and his technology experience to navigate his clients in the often fast-paced and evolving real estate market, extending the same thoughtful, service-oriented attention regardless of price point.

Besides his passions of skiing and cycling, he can also be found enjoying hiking the abundant Park City trail system with his wife and Australian Shepherds.
