I’ve called Los Cabos home for over 30 years. I’ve witnessed its incredible transformation — from a quiet coastal town to one of Mexico’s most dynamic real estate markets — and I’ve grown alongside it, both personally and professionally.

As a certified real estate advisor currently pursuing a degree in Architecture, I bring a unique perspective that goes beyond square footage. I see potential, design, long-term value, and investment opportunities.

My approach goes far beyond showing properties. From strategic pricing and market positioning to legal processes, contract review, and property management, I guide my clients every step of the way. I’m hands-on because I know how important these decisions are.

I specialize in residential sales and rentals in Los Cabos and work closely with homeowners and investors who value clarity, profitability, and a trustworthy guide by their side. I’m practical, professional, and honest — but also approachable and creative.

Being bilingual (English & Spanish) also allows me to guide international clients with full transparency and ease.

Outside of work, I’m an active lifestyle enthusiast — whether it’s hitting the mountain trails on my bike, working out at the gym, or discovering new places in Los Cabos.
