Sarah Callaway Sulma

A fourth-generation Houstonian, Sarah is deeply rooted in the city, having grown up in Tanglewood and attended The Kinkaid School. After graduating, Sarah ventured to the foothills of Santa Barbara, California, to attend college before returning to Houston in 2009. It was here that she began working for world-renowned restaurateur Tony Vallone, quickly becoming an invaluable asset to his team. However, Sarah's passion for real estate led her to transition into the field, where she found a natural fit.

Sarah started her real estate career with The Morgan Group in Houston, gaining valuable experience in real estate leasing and management. In 2010, she transitioned into residential real estate, joining top producer Cathy Cagle as a licensed assistant. Working alongside Cathy, Sarah sharpened her skills and gained in-depth experience in every aspect of real estate—ranging from relocation to assisting buyers and sellers across all areas of Houston and at every price point. Her dedication and work ethic earned her a reputation as one of the top assistants in the Houston real estate community, while also helping her build a solid foundation as a trusted professional.

Through hard work and an unwavering commitment to her clients, Sarah quickly rose through the ranks to become a top producer in her own right. Today, Sarah and Cathy partner together, co-listing properties and combining their expertise to consistently be top producers year after year. Sarah has developed a remarkable reputation, representing an extensive base of both buyers and sellers in the Houston community, and her tireless work ethic ensures that her clients' needs are met with precision and care.

Living in the Heights with her husband Scott, Sarah is an active member of the Houston community. She enjoys attending Houston Rockets games, supporting her alma mater Kinkaid, and cheering for her favorite college teams—the North Carolina Tar Heels and the Kansas Jayhawks. Outside of real estate, Sarah enjoys skiing and hiking in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, as well as golfing and hiking in the mountains of North Carolina.
