Alex Armanasco is a second-generation Realtor with deep-rooted knowledge of the Monterey Peninsula. Born and raised in Pebble Beach, she attended both Santa Catalina and Stevenson schools before earning a double major in communication and journalism from California State University, Long Beach. While at CSULB, Alex served in multiple leadership roles within the Alpha Phi sorority and co-founded the university's first televised broadcast station—still in operation on campus today.

Alex's career began in hospitality, where she held key guest services roles at Bernardus Lodge & Spa and the Santa Lucia Preserve. Her dedication to excellence earned her consecutive honors from the Monterey County Hospitality Association.

She later transitioned to commercial real estate, joining Hudson Pacific Properties, one of the largest real estate investment trusts in the country. There, she supported top executives—including the CEO and general counsel—and played an integral role in managing transactions exceeding $1 billion and overseeing a portfolio of 50+ properties across the Western U.S. and Canada.

In 2021, Alex returned home to the Monterey Peninsula to follow her passion for residential real estate. She joined Sotheby's International Realty in Carmel, where her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and insider knowledge of the area quickly set her apart. That same year, she was named Rookie of the Year by Sotheby's International Realty - Carmel Brokerage and recognized as one of Monterey County Herald's Best New Agents.

Outside of real estate, Alex is a lifelong equestrienne who grew up riding at the Pebble Beach Equestrian Center and stables throughout the region. She now lives in Carmel Valley with her husband Andrew, their two rescue golden retriever mixes, and two Persian cats.
