Annie’s passion for real estate and design began in 1995 when she and her husband, Tim, began purchasing, remodeling, and renovating homes, making her an excellent resource for investors or anyone looking to complete a home renovation. An entrepreneur at heart, Annie successfully helped start two small businesses in Central Oregon. In 2015, she co-founded DIYCave —a community for artists, makers, and entrepreneurs located in Bend. Whether you want the challenge of remodeling or need to get your home ready for the market, Annie’s clients benefit from this wealth of knowledge and resources. As a mom first, Annie’s most important job was to raise their three children in Bend, which has added to her extensive knowledge of the diverse communities, schools, and neighborhoods that make up Central Oregon. When not advocating for or advising clients, Annie enjoys new adventures with her family, investing time in health and wellness, hiking, traveling, and experimenting with new culinary concoctions in the kitchen.
