I began my real estate journey over 25 years ago and have since had the privilege of helping hundreds of Utah homeowners buy and sell property across the state. As a proud Park City local-graduating from Park City High School and later the University of Utah—I bring not only deep roots in this community, but also an insider's understanding of our ever-evolving real estate market.
My real estate career started in new construction sales with Fieldstone Homes in 2000, where I was honored as Sales Manager of the Year in 2001. I went on to work with Hamlet Homes, then specialized in high-end resort communities like Empire Pass in Upper Deer Valley and Silver Star before joining Summit Sotheby's International Realty in 2010. I became an Associate Broker in 2015, expanding my knowledge and offering even more value to my clients.
Over the years, I've built a reputation for integrity, discretion and a deeply personal approach. I take great pride in matching buyers with homes where they can create lasting memories, often uncovering off-market opportunities that others miss. When it's time to sell, I use a strategic blend of market insight, advertising expertise and negotiation skills to help my clients get the best possible results. I'm meticulous with details, calm under pressure and always focused on creating a smooth, positive experience for everyone involved— whether you're a first-time buyer or a seasoned investor.
Before real estate, I studied Communications and worked in local media-producing, hosting and selling advertising for Park City Television, including programs like The Morning Show and The Real Estate Guide. I even hosted during the 2002 Winter Olympics, a highlight of my broadcasting career. I also owned a retail boutique on Main Street from 2009 to 2011, which gave me further insight into marketing, business strategy and client service.
Giving back is important to me. I've served on the Park City Board of Realtors Board of Directors (2007-2009) and volunteer regularly as a pianist at Park City Hospital. I've raised my daughters, Kambrin and Kirra, in this incredible mountain town, and we love the lifestyle Park City offers—from skiing to small-town community.
In 2015, Kambrin joined me in real estate. Watching her grow into a calm, capable and compassionate professional has been one of my greatest joys. She's licensed in Idaho as well, but currently focuses on Utah. Her presence brings a fresh generational perspective that our clients truly appreciate. Kirra, our youngest, is now pursuing Journalism at UNC Chapel Hill, following her own creative path.
We would be honored to help you navigate your next chapter-whether you're buying, selling, relocating or investing. Let's connect and make your real estate experience seamless, successful and even fun.
