This philosophy and approach propelled Nadine to the pinnacle of the Manhattan Real Estate industry for 20 years as Senior Vice President at the Corcoran Group. As the #1 sales representative of the company, she provided a bespoke service to senior executives of Fortune 500 companies like Citi Group, Deloitte, J.P. Morgan and Goldman Sachs, to relocate them into luxury NYC properties.
Building on the enormous success she was able to achieve in New York, Nadine relocated to Toronto in 2003 to take on the burgeoning challenges of Toronto Real Estate where she sold and marketed immense new condominium projects including the Four Seasons Private Residences, Ritz-Carlton, Florian, Murano, and 1 King West, to name a few. After establishing herself in her new city, Nadine rapidly built a loyal client base and developed a balanced and sizeable portfolio of re-sale and pre-construction sales focused on her extensive condo market expertise.
In 2016, Nadine became Senior Vice President of Sales at Sotheby’s International Realty Canada. Year after year, she continued to set the bar for excellence in performance and in adapting to the many shifts and challenges in the Toronto Real Estate market, creating and establishing Condo Connoisseurs Group for Sotheby’s.
In 2022, Nadine joined the Paul & Christian Associates team of Sotheby’s International Realty Canada. With this exciting new partnership, she looks forward taking her exceptional client service to yet another level by fusing her extensive real estate experience with the powerful marketing and sales capabilities of the Paul & Christian Associates team.
Nadine’s journey in real estate has seen her succeed is fast markets, slow markets, good markets, and bad markets in two of North America’s most complex real estate cities – New York and Toronto, for one very simple and basic reason. She has always understood, and never lost sight of, the fact that it’s never about the transaction. It’s about helping people achieve their dreams and, through that, building lasting, meaningful, and sincere personal relationships.
