Ken Smith's energy and dynamic leadership abilities have seen him thrive in the real estate business for over 22 years. Having been with Gibson Sotheby's International Realty for many years now, Ken has been based out of the firm's flagship office in the South End and has experienced a great deal of success in all areas of Greater Boston. With great organizational skills and natural charisma, Ken has become a sales leader in the field who always leads by example. He is involved in each step of the development side of real estate as well: from acquisition of the site, to architectural layouts, to the finished package. His hands-on approach and ability to work with developers and architects have won him loyalties and the distinction of being the exclusive marketing agent for several large pre-construction condominium developments South Boston and the South End. The pairing of Ken with the Sotheby's brand years ago has furthered his business beyond expectations. With the superior marketing techniques and technology that is always evolving at the business, Ken is able to showcase properties in the very best light to a world audience. In his spare time, Ken thoroughly enjoys volunteering with Project Place and the South End Little League. Currently, he is also on the Dinnerfest Committee, a fundraiser for the Boston Living Center.
