Fred Williams

Fred Williams has been a leading producer at Sotheby’s International Realty for over 20 years. He became a real estate broker after working for nearly ten years as an architect at the New York office of Skidmore, Owings & Merrill. He has sold over 60 properties with a total value of more than a quarter billion dollars. His clients know him as honest, discreet, persistent, and resourceful. He has achieved record prices for many sellers, sold four properties twice, and has many repeat clients. He is knowledgeable about zoning, building departments, landmarks regulations, and often helps clients evaluate renovation opportunities. He earned a Master of Architecture degree from Syracuse University and a bachelor’s degree from Colgate University.

Fred became a Senior Global Real Estate Advisor and Associate Broker after five years and was ranked among the Sotheby’s International Realty top ten producers in 2011 and 2015. His clients include families, corporate executives, attorneys, entertainers, art dealers, artists, architects, investors, and developers. He has held his real estate license since 1987. Fred lives with his wife in Fairfield County, CT and Nantucket, MA. He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
