Kristin’s real estate journey began almost 30 years ago as a Sales Associate for the exclusive Boca Grande Club community, in Boca Grande, where she had previously worked as their Director of Operations. She spent 10 years as the Managing Broker for the Club's real estate office until the Club elected to depart from the Real Estate business and invited Gulf to Bay Sotheby’s on board. In 2010 Kristin joined the Gulf to Bay Sotheby’s team, where she is still happily engaged today. Over her 30 years of selling real estate, Kristin has specialized in the intricacies of condominium buying and selling to ensure all her clients have a flawless experience while making their dreams come true. Her extensive knowledge of our market and the local area, combined with her professionalism, negotiation skills, and attention to detail result in a seamless transaction and a successful real estate buying or selling experience. Kristin spent her summers growing up at the beach in Ocean City, NJ and her love of the water and beach never wavered. When her parents moved to Florida in 1996, her and her husband followed a year later and have called this home ever since. Kristin and Scott, who is also a Realtor, love boating the aqua-blue waters, walking the beach and golfing at the beautiful Coral Creek Club. When the heat is a bit too much, they escape to their home in Big Sky Montana, with their rescue dogs, McKenzie and Cosmo, and their three horses, Jazz, Tara, and Dibs, who now reside in Montana full-time.
