Originally on a career path to medicine, Ethan earned his undergraduate degree in Biology and had applied to medical school before realizing his true passion lay not in medicine, but in people’s everyday lives. A drive and knack for client-facing service carried him into entrepreneurship, where he built a health and wellness supplement company before moving into real estate. It was here that Ethan discovered his true calling—matching clients with homes that represented the next chapter of their lives.

Now serving Utah, Salt Lake, Davis and Weber Counties as well as the scenic Wasatch Back, Ethan’s broad reach across Utah reflects his connection to our state’s diverse communities. His work as an Uber driver while building his business gave him an intimate familiarity with neighborhoods across the state, and sparked his fascination with homes—each one unique with its own story to tell.
