Jay Rourke started his real estate career in the Florida Keys in 1979. He helped build and manage a chain of five high-end real estate boutique firms with branches from Fort Lauderdale to Key West. Jay returned to his roots at Ocean Reef with Ocean Reef Club Sotheby's International Realty to help his friends and clients find their piece of paradise. Jay is also a licensed general contractor and runs a successful construction company at Ocean Reef. His expertise in building and real estate sales are valuable tools for making prudent real estate decisions. Jay and his wife, Brenda, have two children, Kayle and Riley. Jay serves on the executive board of The Florida Keys Children's Shelter and the Military Affairs Committee for Homestead Air Reserve Base.

Megan Lyons is a broker associate and has been a real estate professional since 2007, Megan began her real estate career at Ocean Reef under the mentorship of Jay Rourke. While fortunate to spend some time off to start her family and work to continue to grow the family’s tropical fruit farm with husband, Daniel, Megan was thrilled to rejoin Jay five years ago and begin to build their partnership at Ocean Reef. With a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management, Megan’s organizational skills are an asset to the team. Megan is committed to providing quality service and building lasting relationships with her clients through effective communication and a genuine desire to help them find their oasis at Ocean Reef. Megan enjoys volunteering at community events including the Foundation’s annual Gala, Catwalk, and the Chamber’s annual coastal cleanups. She and her husband have two sons, Josh and Jake who attend the Academy at Ocean Reef. On the weekends Megan and Daniel enjoy spending time with their boys in the Florida Keys where they spend their days boating, bike riding and going on nature walks.
